The Village of Ruidoso and Anaheim Jack’s present Ride Ruidoso Week, September 14 to September 18. This five-day festival of family fun and live music supports charities and takes place at multiple venues throughout Ruidoso. Funds raised during Ride Ruidoso Week help replenish the resources of the Community Foundation of Lincoln County, the Community Foundation of Lincoln County Shelter Fund, and the Ruidoso Housing Trust Fund.
Organizers are pulling out all the stops to make this inaugural event a success. Headlining artists include Los Lonely Boys, Foghat, and The Matthew Palmer Band. Other live performances include Bitter Water Band, Traveler in Pain, Hear No Evil, Doso Dirtbags, Prince of Darkness Tribute Band, The Roulettes Band, and Last Child. Concert ticket sales directly benefit families impacted by the McBride Fire and natural disasters.
Other exciting events include the Rusty Balls Speed Shop Car Show, Scorpion Tattoo Contest, FMX, BMX Stunt Riders Globe of Death, House of Riderz Bike Show, Bataan Memorial Slow Race, Toys for Tots Benefit Runs, and Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce Pinup Contest. The festival also overlaps with Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rally, providing even more fun and entertainment for the weekend.
One- and two-day passes starting at $60 are available for purchase here. Proceeds from the general admission tickets will benefit Toys for Tots and the Boys & Girls Club.
